TechnoFlex®Super TopSeal 500 is a single component ready to use cold applied chemically modified styrene based liquid membrane which provide a seamless, elastomeric heavy duty membrane for use in waterproofing and damp proofing concrete or masonry surfaces above and below grade. The appearance of TechnoFlex®Super TopSeal 500 is in dark brownish and turns into a black membrane on drying. TechnoFlex®Super TopSeal 500 system maintain their watertight integrity and prevent the passage of liquid under dynamic, static, continuous, or intermittent hydrostatic pressure.
