Sterling® FlowMax® NSGPC Ultra is specially formulated non-shrink polymeric compound for injection cement grouting. By introducing into the concrete mix, wet volume expansion and increased fluidity without segregation are produced. Its strong plasticizing properties allow the mix for substantial reduction in water content without affecting the fluidity, thus improving the strength and impermeability of the grout.During the setting period of the grout, it produces controlled expansion to compensate the normal plastic shrinkage of cement. This ensures complete filling of voids and prevent formation of porous sections. Due to its surface-active property and volume increase during reaction, even the smallest cracks and pores can be impregnated.
Sterling®FlowMax®NS200-CG is a high performance, expanding, non-shrinkage, flowable anchoring dry powder cementitious grout consisting of selected admixtures and expansive material which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimizing water demand. Sterling®FlowMax®NS200-CG is formulated to be mixed with a reduced amount of water to give the designed flow required. The addition of expansive and super plasticizer additives produce a fluid, non-blending, non-shrink expansive grout with extended working time. The mix also contains corrosion inhibitors additive to provide corrosion protection for post tension steel cables, anchorage and rods. Its fluid characteristics allow the product to be pumped through small openings over long distances and placed into relatively inaccessible areas.
Sterling® FlowMax® HF200 is a specially formulated hydrogen-free expansive and plasticising additive for cementitious grout where low water to cement ratio and positive expansion is required. The addition of Sterling® FlowMax® HF200 to the cementitious mixes allows producing a high flowable expansive grout, reduced water/cement ratio with consequent increased strengths and durability. Supplied in powder form, FlowMax® HF200 produces controlled expansion in cement grouts and maintains high water retention. The expansive medium counteracts the natural settlement and plastic shrinkage of the grout and aids stability and cohesion.
Sterling® FlowMax®NS100 is supplied as a powder expansion admixture system which compensates for plastic shrinkage and settlement in cementitious grouts and concrete.Sterling® FlowMax®NS100 allows the use of a reduced water: cement ratio with consequent increased strength and durability. The expansive medium counteracts the natural settlement and plastic shrinkage of the grout and aids stability and cohesion. Sufficient restrained expansion is developed to ensure a high degree of interfacial contact.
