TechnoFinish® Solidcoat EC is a protective high build, non-toxic, coating system with outstanding chemical and mechanical properties based on solvent-free, epoxy resins which contain pigments and fine fillers specifically developed to protect concrete and metal. TechnoFinish® Solidcoat EC is supplied as a two-component system, in pre-weighed quantities comprising pigmented base and a hardener, it requires only on-site mixing to produce an easily applied decorative and chemically resistant finish.

TechnoFinish® PolyMol-MRO is a ready for use, single component, low viscosity, specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals release agent applied on shutters or moulds prior to concrete casting to achieve easy release and a stain free, fair faced surface. TechnoFinish® PolyMol-MRO react with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, thereby enabling easy striping from concrete and acting as a protection to steel and wooden formwork.

TechnoFinish® PolyMol Emulsion Extra is a concentrated, emulsifiable base oil that can be diluted on site with potable water to produce a combination physical and chemical, V.O.C. compliant, form release agent combining the outstanding release properties of such materials with the economy of a conventional oil. TechnoFinish® PolyMol Emulsion Extra reacts with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould which enables easy stripping from the hardened concrete. Once diluted, the TechnoFinish® PolyMol Emulsion Extra will not transfer or stain the cast surface, which allows the hardened concrete to accept coatings, paints, or caulks without any inter-coat adhesion problems.

TechnoFinish® Lubriex Strip XL is a ready for use, single component, low viscosity, specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals release agent applied on shutters or moulds prior to concrete casting to achieve easy release and a stain free, fair faced surface.TechnoFinish® Lubriex Strip XL react with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, thereby enabling easy striping from concrete and acting as a protection to steel and wooden formwork.

TechnoFinish®Lubriex Strike LV is a ready for use, single component, specially formulated mould release agent based on emulsified blend of vegetable oils, specially formulated to prevent adhesion of concrete to formwork, hence reducing damage and ensuring high quality, fair faced and stain free concrete with good surface finish. TechnoFinish®Lubriex Strike LV does not contain hydrocarbon solvents and produces a void free, high quality surface finish of uniform colour. It can be used with all the types of formwork including wood, metal and synthetics with the advantage of minimised cleaning prior to mould reuse.

TechnoFinish® ConKure 201 WB is a water based curing compound formulated from selected emulsified paraffins to form a low viscosity wax emulsion.

TechnoFinish® ConKure 101 is a range of liquid curing compounds for the prevention of premature water loss in concrete. TechnoFinish® ConKure 101 is applied to fresh concrete surfaces to form a fast dry, thin flexible and tough, impervious membrane which protects the concrete from rapid water evaporation during initial curing stages, thereby assisting towards obtaining maximum strength, durability , assists in the retention of water during hydration and helping towards the elimination of shrinkage cracks and surface dusting.
