Sterling® TechFlow® MC 60 ready to use pourable mortar is a dual shrinkage compensated, high flow, high strength, flowable, specially formulated for repairs and restoration of damaged or weakened structural concrete members. Sterling® TechFlow®MC 60 require addition of plain water at site for obtaining a non-shrink free flowing repairs MicroConcrete. Sterling®TechFlow®MC60 contains performance enhancing additives which provide controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic as well as hardened state, reducing crack formation and minimize water demand. Sterling® TechFlow®MC 60 is suitable for placing in thicknesses of 50mm to 200 mm.
Sterling® TechFlow® MC 40 a blend of dry powders and graded aggregates which requires only the site addition of clean water to produce a highly consistent, high strength, free flowing repair concrete which self-compacts. The material is blend of inorganic cements, special fillers and chemical additives to control the rate of strength gain to provide a fluid micro-concrete. Sterling® TechFlow® MC 40 is the ideal material for vertical or horizontal structural repairs where the thickness of repair is more than 25mm and use of pourable mortar is preferable to hand or machine applied repair systems.
TechFin®RM-HGW is a pre-bagged factory quality controlled single component polymer modified fibered cementitious fairing coat that is ready to use and only requires the addition of water on site. Once mixed with potable water on site the products becomes a smooth paste that is used to repair surface imperfections up to 3mm thickness while being compatible with host concrete.
TechFin®FastPlug is a pre-bagged, factory quality controlled, easy to apply single component rapid setting waterproof plugging mortar which is ready for on-site application to leaking cracks and water seepage areas in concrete and all types of masonry after mixing with water. TechFin®FastPlug is slightly expansive and does not shrink, starts hardening in few seconds and sets within three to five minutes depending on the temperature.

TechFin® CrackSeal XP is a pre-bagged factory quality controlled single component crack filling and sealing cementitious ready to use material in powder form. When mixed with recommend amount of potable water onsite TechFin® CrackSeal XP produces a highly consistent, smooth, trowellable mortar. It is easy to apply and can be finished or smoothened off with a putty blade or a damp sponge. It sets quickly on application and can be over coated with common paints / coatings. TechFin® CrackSeal XP is composed of a blend of hydraulic cements, fibers and supplementary cementing materials and special chemical additives to give it its unique properties designed to Fill and seal the cracks within Plaster, masonry and concrete surfaces.
TechFin® Crack Seal N Fill- is a highly flexible, white weather durable acrylic emulsion polymer based paste specially design and develop for effectively sealing and filling nagging moving plaster cracks whether internal or external. It sets quickly on application and will accept paint or wallpaper finishes. TechFin® Crack Seal N Fill is supplied in a single pack ready to use at site, it has excellent bonding, ease of application, water resistance, aesthetic appearance & durability.
TechFin® CR 10-2C is a pre-packed factory quality controlled, two component cementitious polymer modified blow hole filler and reprofiling mortar designed as a high quality repairing and finishing mortar for application upto 10mm. It also can be used as a skim coat prior to application of protective coatings. TechFin® CR 10-2C is specially formulated to produce a shrinkage compensated mortar with no cracking when applied in a thin section.
